From Chicago:
The Break Free Midwest organizing committee is planning buses from downtown Chicago to the action in Whiting, Indiana. These buses will leave from the Loop at 10:45am and return once the action is done. The cost of a round-trip ride is $5.
Departure time and location: Depart at 10:45am from 565 W Adams (Kent Law School). If you want to take the bus you MUST reserve your place and pay for the $5 ticket above ASAP and not later than May 11, 2016. We're sorry, but we can't give refunds for unused bus tickets.
Return time: The buses will leave Amoco Park (the end of the march route) at 4:30pm and Whiting Lakefront Park at 5pm for the trip back to Chicago, arriving back in Chicago around 6pm.
Shuttle from Red Line, 95th and Dan Ryan: A FREE shuttle will run from the terminus of the 95th Street Red Line El starting at 10:00 AM. The shuttle will run about every half hour throughout the day with the last shuttle leaving the Whiting Lakefront Park at 5 PM. If you intend to take the shuttle please register here.
If you are organizing a group (20+ people) leaving from a Chicago location, we can likely arrange for a bus to come to you. Contact us for more information.

For Non Violent Direct Action participants:
If you plan to risk arrest at the action, you should make sure your return transportation is covered via other means. The buses will not wait for people who are not at the pickup spots at the appointed times.
